Aerotek Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Bridgewater, New Jersey
• Provide telephone support for our customers (40-60 phone calls daily). • Order entry (50-80 orders daily) • Develop product knowledge to assist customers. • Provide information necessary to research and troubleshoot issues pertaining to orders/invoices to Customer Service Lead/Customer Service manager. • Take orders in French and answer customers questions
Top Skills Details:
1+ years of experience working in customer service for answering phone calls and responding to emails Experience handling order processing, customer service, some computer knowledge. Has to be able to speak professionally. Experience using MS Excel for basic data entry functions Ability to read and type emails within company Some They need to bilingual in French and English - Spanish is plus
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1st day - this person will be expected to use a computer and open an email through outlook.
Performance Expectations - this person will be processing between (50-80 orders daily) -They will answering about 40-60 phone calls on a daily basis They may have to use a chat to communicate with customers and answer their inquiries
Best vs average - the best candidate is able to process the returned orders and maintain contact with various departments in organization for tracking out going orders
