As a Channel Store Specialist in a partner reseller store, you will demonstrate your passion for Apple technology, suggesting the right solutions for customers. You understand that Apple is dedicated to delivering a world-class customer experience unlike any other. It starts with you discovering the needs of customers. You match those needs with the right products, and then with the support of your partner, you help customers develop lifelong relationships with Apple. In this position, your work schedule will be based on business needs and will require you to work 25 hours per week , including evenings and weekends. This is a fixed-term role for approximately 6 months .

Description

In this role, you will: - Represent Apple within a single partner store and help customers develop relationships with our brand. - Sell directly to customers, work closely with partners, and create new owners of our products. - Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing our products, accessories, and services. - Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers. - Leverage your curiosity for technology and stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey. - Ensure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements in the store are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards. - Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely and effective resolution. - Educate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations, sharing the latest sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum of 0-2+ years of related experience.

  • Passion for helping customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives.

  • Curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others.

  • Outstanding customer focus.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to educate, inspire, and influence others.

  • Solid relationship building skills with the ability to become a trusted business partner at a single point of sale.

  • Ability to work a part-time schedule at 25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

  • High school diploma required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High level of integrity, trust, and accountability.

  • Strong self motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

  • Effective time management including ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize tasks.

  • Ambition for driving sales results and recommending Apple solutions is desirable.

  • Background in direct sales or solution-based selling is a plus.
