The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs a Shopper Marketing Lead for the Retail and Pharmacy District, North Europe within 3M Consumer Business Group you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Lead a team of Shopper Marketing Executives to create, deliver and execute the District annual activation plan across the District Region.

  • Working alongside Data Analyst and Sales team implement and coach team on best in class range proposals and activation programmes based on a category led approach incorporating strong shopper insights to drive behaviour within the shopper journey to achieve annual goals.

  • Collaborate and influence EMEA Portfolio and Marcoms teams through insight on competition, shoppers and market trends to support campaign and product launch relevancy.

  • Track return on investment aligned to district campaigns and district plan direction.Work with iconic brands: Command™, Post-it®, Scotch®, ScotchBrite™, 3M Safety across the Retail District Channels in North Europe including High Street, Grocery, Discount, Homeware and Wholesale/Club Resellers.

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or professional diploma preferred

  • Experience in Retail Account Management or Trade Marketing

  • FMCG Background

  • Strong analytical aptitude

  • Experience in managing teams across countries

Additional experience:

  • Curious, growth mindset

  • Ability to prioritise

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Travel: 30% expected to customer meetings & development of team.

Role Location: North Europe

Ideal candidate location: UK

Remuneration

Salary - £high-reaching dependent on skills and experience plus excellent benefits package.
