Job Summary

This role will support the development and execution of technology-based project communications to an internal, global audience as well as assist in developing and promoting executive-level thought leadership content. The role will also support the governing entities within the Office of the CIO and provide process and communication guidance. In collaboration with the Organizational Change Management team, this role will support the development, execution, and continuous management of internal business adoption strategies. This position is a fast-paced, technical communications role that requires compiling and organizing details into an understandable and enabling story.#LI-NK1

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop technology communication strategies and content that support the execution of BV technology and related projects.

  • Develop and edit executive-level thought leadership content including interviews, content reviews, publication, and promotional activities.

  • Write and design marketing and promoting content using social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Yammer platforms.

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Marketing and Internal Marketing teams for creative development and project support.

  • Ability to support the Office of the CIO governance practices to ensure compliance and execution of roles and responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office 365 Applications.

  • Minimum of 3 years of technology or project communications experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of internal business adoption or product market experience.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in operating and applying project management methodologies

  • Experienced in performing in an Agile environment

  • Skilled in SharePoint and basic CMS/Web design

  • Experienced in using Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience managing business governance or policy committees within a large organization.
