Our lab uses behavioral, systems, and molecular neuroscience techniques in an adolescent mouse model to examine the cognitive and neurodevelopmental underpinnings of affective regulation. The position is for a senior research technician to assist with mouse breeding and husbandry, behavioral assays, stereotaxic mouse surgery, and histological analyses. Due to the size of the laboratory, these functions are essential to ensuring smooth and consistent day to day operations. The employee will be under the supervision of the Principal Investigator (Heidi Meyer), who will provide general directions.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years work experience required.
