Boston University SENIOR PROGRAM COORDINATOR, School of Theology in BOSTON, Massachusetts

The Senior Program Coordinator provides administrative support and student services for the Office of Registration and Financial Aid.

The person will be responsible for:

  • Data entry, answering telephones, and greeting visitors.

  • Serving as the first point of contact for students with registration and financial aid questions.

  • Explaining masters-level program policies and advising 1st level Masters students preparing for registration.

  • Responding to the Office of Registration and Financial Aid email and communicating registration/graduation information to the student body.

Required Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Years and type of experience

  • 1-3 years of administrative experience

Skills:

  • Advanced: Oral communication

  • Advanced: Writing Skills

  • Advanced: Clerical/Administrative Skills

  • Advanced: Computer/Technical

  • Basic: Project/ Process Management

  • Technical competencies listed:

Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)

familiar with Outlook

basic understanding of WordPress CSM or related platform.
