The BV Corporate Marketing & Communications team is looking for a Marketing CampaignSpecialist to join the team. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns and ensures effective, consistent, on-brand communications across all channels, and makes sure all assigned tasks for programs/projects are executed timely and within budget.
Support, manage execution and provide performance reports for brand-level marketing campaigns (inbound and outbound marketing)
Develop and drive go-to-market plans and strategies for emerging business opportunities (messaging, positioning, audience targeting) that align with revenue goals
Provide project management support for business unit marketing campaigns (planning, schedules, review processes, deliverables)
Management and maintenance of multi-channel campaign assets, calendars and content distribution across enterprise
Ongoing collaboration and coordination with business unit marketing teams to align efforts at brand level
Work closely with channel and operations experts across MarCom (social media, public relations/media, marketing automation, website, events, analytics) to optimize processes and campaign execution
Work with content and creative teams to develop engaging campaign content
Provide proactive consultative recommendations on digital marketing best practices across enterprise
Experience: 2-3 years of in-house or agency experience specifically in managing integrated campaigns, project management, or campaign launch management
Experience with B2B marketing including demand generation, lead generation/qualification at multibusiness line organization
Ability to translate sales execution plans into actionable, measurable marketing plans
Hands on experience with digital marketing strategies/tactics such as paid social, search engine marketing (SEM), media buying, video, social and display marketing
Experience executing Google Adword campaigns
Working knowledge of Linkedin/Facebook/Google marketing campaigns
Able to use marketing performance data to drive and adjust strategy
Intermediate working knowledge of Excel (for qualitative and quantitative analytics)
Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
Experience with Wrike or similar project management software strongly preferred
Experience with Google Analytics, Eloqua, Salesforce preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or a related field; or equivalent experience
Experience:3-5 years progressive experience
