This Grant Writer, Foundations Relations will be responsible for:
Driving the proposal preparation process by systematically collecting components, determining timelines, and creating/maintaining collaborative workspaces throughout the team.
Collaborating with foundation relations colleagues with all aspects of writing, editing, research and proposal management.
Coordinating large scale writing projects, in partnership with lead fundraiser, that require production across multiple topic areas and/or teams.
Preparing written materials to support strategic initiatives, including briefings, select cultivation and stewardship materials, and sophisticated summaries.
Preparing event collateral, including PowerPoint presentations, speaking points and follow-up letters as needed.
Developing strategies to highlight breakthrough science to external audiences in succinct and innovative ways.
Developing strategies to increase visibility of the foundation relations team and grantsmanship resources to internal constituents.
Liaising with the Trust Communications writing team.
To qualify, you must have:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant writing experience.
Experience in Fundraising, Communications or a related Field.
Medical, hospital, or university experience preferred.
