Boston University EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, STRATEGY AND INNOVATION, Presidents Administrative Group in BOSTON, Massachusetts

Seeking a candidate who is motivated to help make change and provide solutions and support for a new team. Ideally this candidate will know the university and its systems well and know how to work effectively within them. The candidate should have the ability to be nimble and handle multiple channels of communication at once, and to concisely manage calendar planning with peers and supervisors. This person should consider themselves highly competent in complex scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Proven ability to maintain professionalism and discretion while managing confidential information. Adept at multitasking in fast-paced environments, liaising with various departments, and ensuring seamless office operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong track record of supporting senior executives and contributing to organizational efficiency and success.

Required Skills

Required Education: Associate's Degree

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree

4-6 years of experience in administrative support within higher education.
