CARD is seeking a Clinic Administrator to manage the overall operations of our outpatient clinic, which provides assessment and treatment for anxiety and depressive disorders. This role encompasses administrative, financial, and clinical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Handle patient communications, conduct initial screenings, and manage electronic patient care systems.

  • Financial Management: Oversee the clinic budget, process payments, manage deposits, and reconcile bank statements.

  • Media Relations/Development: Manage outreach efforts, handle media relations, and seek donations through fundraising.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with licensing, permits, and health regulations; oversee training and certification.

  • Administrative Management: Coordinate clinic operations, address facilities issues, manage access, and supervise staff.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in a field related to mental healthcare. 3-5 years of experience, including at least 2 years of management experience.
