Citizens Business Systems Analyst in Boston, Massachusetts

Description

The Business Systems Analyst, Reporting to the Treasury Solutions Team, is the primary function of this position is to help drive strategic priorities of the Treasury Solutions business lines in support of achieving key critical objectives to effectively grow the business.

Functions/Deliverables:

  • Collect/analyze/synthesize data around product usage, product/client attrition

  • Working closely with peer data and analysis colleagues within the division to build/maintain KPI dashboards, reporting

  • Responsible for research/review of potential new strategies. Mine for competitive data and provide reporting. Utilize key stakeholders and other available resources to research, facilitate discussions, analyze, and provide summary to TS business leads

  • Work collaboratively with TS colleagues and business partners throughout the enterprise

  • Work closely with TS CFO and Finance analysts

  • Help drive strategic priorities of the TS business - financial and business delivery, clients, colleagues, and risk

  • Proactive management of day-to-day central activities and functions to ensure business meets operational objectives

  • Work with cross functional / ad hoc project teams to deliver on critical strategies, objectives, policies

  • Manage project tasks or parts of project plans assigned within scope; quality and timeframe allocated with minimal supervision

  • Prepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, Board of Directors presentations

  • Synthesize significant amounts of data and draw rationale and actionable plans for business design/redesign

  • Provide oversight to TS annual Summer Intern and CBDP recruiting/placement efforts (coaching/training/central coordination)

Skills/Competencies

  • Possess superior communication and project management acumen

  • Experience in Commercial Banking

  • Solid understanding of project management techniques/methodologies

  • Highly competent use of Microsoft Office applications to include Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word

  • Flexibility to work on a variety of deliverables concurrently, with minimal supervision

  • Ability to assume project management role as necessary

  • There may be a requirement for travel within the US

  • Self-thinker able to work through issues and escalate only when appropriate

Education and Certifications

· Required: Bachelor's degree
