Boston University ASSOCIATE REGISTRAR, Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine in BOSTON, Massachusetts

The Associate Registrar works together with the Registrar and Assistant Registrar of the Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine to ensure maintenance and integrity of academic records for all students in the MD program, and compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies. They are responsible for registering students for classes and clinical rotations, performing adjustments to enrollment status to ensure accurate financial aid and tuition assessments, interfacing with students, graduates, faculty, University and external constituents.

Required Skills

Skills required: analytical, clerical/administrative, computer/technical, oral and written communication, project management, professionalism and discretion.

Bachelor's degree required with more than 8 years of experience.
