Boston University ADMINISTRATOR, COM CORE, College of Communication in BOSTON, Massachusetts

The College of Communication seeks an Administrator to support its Core Academic Division. This individual will provide advanced administrative support to the Director of the COM Core Division. This position will ensure all administrative activities of the COM Core Division are conducted seamlessly through careful attention to detail and consistent follow-up and oversight. In this fast-paced environment, professionalism, sound judgment, thoroughness, speed, and attention to detail are essential. Composes correspondence and documentation on behalf of the Division Director, and conducts necessary research to ensure all the topic details are accurate and complete. Manages a busy and constantly changing calendar of meetings and travel.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of related experience.
