Recruiter - Entry level

Looking to work where stong bonds among team members and a company culture that values transparency, and courtesy are a priority? We are currently seeking an entry-level recruituer for a leader in the home renewal industry. Focusing on sales professionals, this role will be responsible for sourcing candidates via various online job boards and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for future openings. This is a full-time, temporary position.

• Sourcing candidates via various online job boards

• 2 years experience working in a corporate environment

• Deadline-driven

• Resume sourcing using online job boards & other methods (social media)

• Emailing and messaging candidates

• Phone screening candidates

• 1-2 years experience recruiting salespeople
