Position SummaryThe Analyst, Care Associate Behavioral Health provides services to clinical teams in support of optimal care.

Additional responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Assists members locate services.

• Facilitates follow-up calls.

• Completes OP benefit determinations

• Participates in reporting activities including data collection, tracking, analysis and preparation.

• Works closely with clinicians in collaborative support.

Required Qualifications• 2 years' Healthcare or Medical Office experiencePreferred Qualifications

• 2 years Behavioral Health experience working with mental health population

• Communicating for impact, handling service challenges, maximizing work practices and organizational excellence.

Education

Associates Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$19.52 - $42.91

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
