GOLDMARK Property Management Regional Operations Specialist in Bloomington, Minnesota
The Regional Operations Support Specialist provides administrative and operations support to various site offices and other internal teams within an assigned geographic area. This includes, but is not limited to, processing rental applications, entering monthly rent receipts, and a variety of other special projects.
Perform Landlord and Employment verifications for resident applications.
Complete security deposit accounting in Yardi using move-out forms provided by the Site Manager.
Receipt rent collected by Site Staff.
Review Gross Potential Rent (GPR) reports and correct errors as needed.
Collect, record, and deposit laundry coin.
Assist Maintenance Mangers, Site Managers, and the Project Manager with time punch input and review.
Assist with expense coding and reconcilement.
Verify and correct resident ledger information within Yardi.
Travel to field offices and other locations as required.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, and Licensure:
Customer service experience and a strong customer service mind-set.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to relate to a diverse group of people.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to multi-task prioritizes responsibilities, manage time, as well as possess an orientation toward details.
A motivated, well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
High school degree or equivalent.
Prior experience in property management or a related industry is desired.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business information.
Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquires or complaints.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and schedule form.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; lift or move up to 25 pounds, and speak clearly and hear well.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member will be periodically required to work outside and may be exposed to cold, rain, wind, and other weather conditions customary to their location.
