The ExamDeveloper software development team is hiring a Business Analyst to guide our product into its future. ExamDeveloper is the leading web-based tool for creating tests to certify test takers in the professional skills they require. Customers rely on ExamDeveloper to support their entire workflow around question writing, collaborative review, scoring, and test management. ExamDeveloper is underway with a significant modernization and redesign and we have plenty of opportunity to make a difference on this important product.
This customer-focused role will partner with the Product Manager to define and execute our strategy for continual product improvement. Your stakeholders will be other internal members of the Pearson VUE organization whose clients use ExamDeveloper. You will collaborate with the software development team members to plan work in an Agile manner. Key tasks are managing and communicating requirements, creating requirements documents or backlogs, explaining use cases and user stories, and low-fidelity prototyping.
This role is not technically focused, but it may be an advantage to have technical knowledge or experience.

Bachelor degree in a Business, Information Systems, Computer Science discipline or equivalent technical work experience required
2 years of experience related to business analysis
Experience with Agile software development methodologies
