Description:

The primary responsibility of the Service Quality Engineering (SQE) group is to directly support the 300 NAA Service Supervisors, as well as indirect support of the 2400 NAA Service Technicians, with the objective of continually improving service quality and productivity, with world-class safety.

Your responsibilities as a SQE will include working with the regions in NAA to identify and resolve issues that drive productivity and quality, developing and delivering training material online & in-person, and performing jobsite and office visits to check for process compliance and quality. Specific areas of focus will include a strong emphasis on safe working practices, service transformation tools & systems, technical training, preventive maintenance, entrapment/shutdown/callback reduction, service efficiency, and support of existing service systems and tools.

A successful candidate for this position will be energetic, team-oriented, and willing & able to take innovative approaches to meet our objectives. Location open/to be determined.

Qualification:

The selected candidate should have the following:

  • Otis field supervisory experience

  • A working knowledge of Otis IT systems, apps, and field business processes

  • Ability to provide training to individuals as well as groups of up to 30 people

  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

Education:

  • BA or BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience
