Cargill Talent Sourcing Specialist in Bengaluru, India

Job Purpose and Impact

The Talent Sourcing Specialist I will execute talent sourcing process to identify potential candidate pipelines to meet recruiting demand. In this role, you will conduct labor market analysis including competitor scan, talent accessibility and local market conditions and apply highly technical and specialized skills to identify and attract passive candidates to fill current or future vacancies.

Key Accountabilities

  • Execute talent sourcing processes consistent with regional talent sourcing strategies to meet diversity targets.

  • Develop new talent sourcing methods to attract passive candidates.

  • Conduct labor market analysis, market data intelligence, benchmarking leading industry practices and competitors and trend analysis and provide relevant reporting for defined businesses.

  • Evaluate and screen potential candidates and develop a talent database to fill current and future vacant positions in the company.

  • Maintain social media and professional networks to engage potential candidates.

  • Ensure compliance following established processes and consistent recruitment tools.

  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Confirmed professional skills to gather, analyze and interpret data and present result

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using recruitment management systems and applications

  • Experience in social media recruiting using related applications and online job boards

  • Minimum of two years of experience in sourcing, recruitment agent or related role
