Cargill Supply Chain Design Delivery Lead in Bengaluru, India

Job Purpose and Impact

The Strategic Supply Chain Design and Analytics Consultant II will focus on business projects to support long term supply chain strategies and business goals, as a subject matter authority. In this role, you will set and monitor key integrated business planning performance indicators including cost to serve performance data and coordinate the cross functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Use extensive knowledge of supply chain practices and procedures to navigate through data and technology challenges, upgrades and changes.

  • Develop, execute and implement more complex projects and process improvements to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

  • Review and monitor processes and ensure best practices are identified and shared among locations.

  • Independently collaborate to build models for network design and optimization work and provide direction on more complex modeling scenarios and to insure appropriateness.

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of six years of related work experience

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Eight years of related experience with atleast five in supply chain planning
