Cargill Invoice to Pay Process Architect in Bengaluru, India

Job Purpose and Impact

The Global Process Architect will develop and deliver global operational excellence to the company for a specific process area. In this role, you will design, develop and drive process improvement in collaboration with key global internal and external stakeholders within your process area. This role will specialise in the Invoice to Pay (I2P) process and its sub-processes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive continuous growth of the capability through regular review of processes, policies, data standards and success measures.

  • Evolve the capability associated with the process, designing the appropriate process to support the technology, identifying opportunities and optimize processes for improved user experience.

  • Develop an integrated end to end process in alignment with the global technology roadmap and data management strategy, integrating the sub processes and enabling our processes with people, technology and data.

  • Lead the operating model of a specific process, collaborating closely with leaders on process maturity across the assigned areas, influencing senior leadership and understanding global complexity.

  • Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of eight years of related work experience

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three years of supervisory experience
