Cargill Associate Total Rewards Analyst in Bengaluru, India

Job Purpose and Impact

The Associate Total Rewards Analyst will help handle global cash compensation. In this role, you will assist in overseeing non managerial production and sales incentives programs and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.

Key Accountabilities

• Managing the incentive plans for production and sales employees for across the regions and enterprises

• Providing consultation to managers on eligibility criteria, incentive recommendation process, incentive calculation etc.

• Collaborate with business teams to enter new plans into our system.

• Support managers by responding to their queries and assisting during the recommendation period.

• Manage & process rewards and recognition process such as deferred bonus, retention bonus and breakthrough awards.

• Update administrative plan documents and standard operation procedures regularly.

• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff

• Developing Sales incentive plan calculation templates and sales incentive calculators

• Periodic analysis of exception queries and partnering with business for appropriate & effective solution

• Find opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization in processes.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters in HR (MBA / MSW)

• Experience working with spreadsheet applications.

• 2-5 years of human resources/ Compensation / payroll and total rewards/ Incentives

• Working knowledge of human resources applications

• Ability to work with stakeholder groups, such as business human resources, managers, and employees.

• Experience with tools like remedy force / Success factors- SAP

• Experience with reporting tools like Power BI

• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.

• Experience with management and analysis of Sales incentive experience
