Cargill Associate Learning Services Specialist in Bengaluru, India

Job Purpose and Impact

The Associate Learning Services Specialist , will coordinate learning and development programs. In this role, you will use your interpersonal skills to build partnerships and credibility with internal clients. You will collaborate with and coordinate appropriate resources such as instructional designers, instructors, speakers and coordinators to ensure effective execution of all learning and development initiatives in the region.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage program communication, enrollments, cancellations, venue, materials, pre work distribution and post delivery follow up with participants and their managers.

  • Maintain global program tools such as online collaboration sites, document management and learning management systems (LMS).

  • Collect and maintain information to evaluate program effectiveness, measure business impact and gauge client satisfaction.

  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Proficient with email, spreadsheet, word processing, video call and content management applications

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3 Years of working experience on LMS tools , content creation and collaborative learning tools .

  • Experience working with global and other learning systems and tools such as registration systems and training and development applications
