LSEG Analyst - Security & Cross Applications Technology in Bengaluru, India

We are currently seeking an Analyst to join our People System Solutions team. This role is part of global team responsible for capitalizing on emerging technologies and delivering trusted People solutions across our global platform. A successful Analyst will bring analytical expertise to enable seamless BAU operations, Process simplifications and System enhancements in our Workday environment. You will be working closely with global stake holders from various functional areas to provide customer centric, seamless BAU operations and complete system enhancements as needed in a timely/accurate manner along with maintaining necessary process/audit documentation. Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage People Solution global shared mailbox queries and provide solution advice to global HR customers.

  • Collaborate with stake holders globally to complete BAU requests in a timely/accurate manner with customer delight.

  • Manage Organization setup for all organization types across Workday.

  • Complete audits ensuring data integrity around organizations and security in Workday.

  • Provision security access in a timely/accurate manner and ensuring SOX compliance.

  • Support Workday EIB processes both from BAU and a Project perspective.

  • Support Workday SOX security audit processes.

  • Actively seek opportunities for process simplification and explore innovative solutions to complete BAU activities using Workday Community & other available resources..

  • Maintain process/audit documentation and highlight gaps to make documentation robust/comprehensive.

  • Participate in Bi Annual Workday release management process and complete assigned activities in a timely/accurate manner.

  • Participate in Adhoc Projects on an as needed basis

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years working in an HRIS function, with a strong focus on HR Technology / System

  • Experience in Workday around Core HCM, Configurable Security, Web Services and Organizations preferred but not mandatory.

  • Advanced MS Office Knowledge – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Visio, SharePoint

  • Experience in delivering training on systems and processes; have an analytical approach to problem solving and a logical approach to work keeping customers at the heart of everything.

  • Self-motivated, curious and inquisitive, with a desire to learn, research, share and apply new concepts

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities; with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to build relationships within the team and global stake holders.

  • Ability to prioritize own workload by taking ownership of problems and escalate concerns in a timely manner with appropriate audience.

  • Works effectively within a virtual team.

  • Experience working in a large, dynamic, global organization is preferred
