Responsibilities:

  • Develop, establish and deliver Bid Management Proposals and Reporting as co-designed with senior Bid Management Leadership

  • Responsible for best practices design and execution to ensure a customer journey that results in sales

  • Drives standardization of program and operational support in areas including, Customer Content, Marketing Collateral for RFx opportunities, Enterprise & Strategic Pricing Tools, Inbuilding decisioning, reporting for key metrics

  • Partner with senior leaders in Marketing, Legal, Sales, Operations, Engineering to deliver repeatable and winning customer propositions

  • Responsible for continuous improvement to reduce cost to serve, automate workloads and improve customer/sales team experience by creating and driving the 2 year roadmap with Enterprise buy-in

  • Coach for sales staff such as Account Managers and Sales Executives guiding teams through the entire deal cycle and help them score large deals for the company

  • Responsible for training new employees and on occasion fill in for people leaders as necessary

  • Partners closely with senior leaders for all partnerships including Vice Presidents + to deliver against account and segment growth targets and churn goals

  • Direct communication and presentation with customer senior leaders

  • Leads internal Win/Loss QBR review and creation for TFB Sales Leadership

  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years inside sales, bid management, customer service or customer-facing sales experience required

  • Experience Supporting Sales Organizations, budget management and analysis Required

  • APMP Certification preferred

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is generally within the range of $50,000 to $125,000 for annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. Employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of an employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
