Aerotek Credit Memo Analyst in Bellevue, Washington


The Credit Memo Specialist will manage daily accuracy and timeliness of credits and reporting.

● Manage customer credit memo processing with accuracy ● Manage detailed reporting and communication to our customers regarding processed credits and receivables ● Be a backup for members on the team when needed ● Work with internal systems teams (i.e. Payments, IT, Project Management, Technical Support) on billing issues that affect our Customer Experience and Operations ● Provide support during high-volume periods ● Important contributor to process improvements, controls, and systems optimization ● Is a resource to the accounting team for monthly close tasks

ERP and CRR experience Credit, accounting, payment system and processing experience Strong Customer Service skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field Experienced with ERP systems and CRR systems like Salesforce and Netsuite Experienced with payment systems and processors Customer service and sales support experience
