Assessment & Qualifications Senior Channel Quality Administrator in Beijing, China

About the role: We are currently looking for a quick learning, self-motivated, and strong analytical skills individual to join our team. As a Quality and Process Control Executive, you will be responsible for the strategic and tactical channel security and quality within China and other countries/regions the China Channel Quality & Security team manages.

Our Purpose - Add Life to a Lifetime of Learning

As a Quality and Process Control Executive you’ll be responsible for:

  • 50% Quality Management and 50% Security Management

  • Ensure that quality standards are maintained and that quality objectives are being met or exceeded by the channel.

  • Analyse data and share the monthly reports on major accomplishments, challenges, and tasks at hand

  • Coordinate the investigation, tracking, and remediation of regional test security incidents and complaints, implementation of findings, and corrective actions.

  • Identify, gather, and analyze evidence of security investigations.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 1 – 2 years experience in related fields

  • 1 to 2 years of IT security experience, Research, and/or investigative experience in corporate or fraud investigation preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Office software suite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English

  • Strong analytical skills
