Lineage Logistics Maintenance Technician in Batavia, Illinois

Performs PM's, troubleshooting, repairs and installations to building and industrial equipment.

Must have the ability to independently diagnose and repair equipment and mechanical systems.

Comprehensive working knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery including, motors, fans, exhaust systems, hydraulics, Pneumatics, HVAC Equipment, Air compressors, and Electrical Systems. Ability to assemble motors and shaft assemblies.

Replace bearings, seals, couplings, sheaves, belts and other components of rotating equipment.

Ability to use hand tools and electrical testing equipment.

Ability to read and apply comprehensive mechanical and electrical schematics and technical service manuals for equipment and machinery.

Must be experienced in welding / cutting, Fabrication, Hydraulics and general construction. Comprehensive knowledge of oils and lubrication to properly lubricate equipment and apply the correct lubricants.

Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems up to 480VAC and for control systems up to 50VDC. Includes, but not limited to, service of motors, motor starters, industrial control systems and all Indoor / Outdoor lighting.

Must have 2 years of experience in general building.
