Position Summary Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, selects, prepares and packages medications and supplies in preparation for shipment to patients. Performs record keeping functions. Assists in various inventory control processes.Must be able to stand for duration of shift (8-10 hours). Must be able to repeatedly lift 5-10 lbs. for duration of shift. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 30-50 lbs. during a shift. Reaching and grasping objects at various levels is required. While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is required to utilize a keyboard and operate departmental machinery. Employee regularly works near and around moving machinery (conveyor belts).The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee may be required to wear protective clothing or equipment.

2nd Shift rotating schedule:

• Week 1: Sunday, 8am-5pm; Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm – 11:00pm

• Week 2: Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm- 11:00pm ; Friday, 11:30am-8:30pm

Starting Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.50Required Qualifications - 6 months of work experience as a pharmacy technician

• Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB / ExCPT) - Valid Tennessee Pharmacy Technician license Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in fulfillment- Experience working in Specialty Pharmacy #SBE_Tech

High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $25.15

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
