Job Description:

• Take care of all warehouse operations at the warehouse including control of daily operational activities.

• Conduct to subordinate staff as well as operators under sub-contractors’ employment to operate warehouse activities with accuracy, safety, 5s, and efficiency.

• KPI monitoring, Improvement, Investigate in warehouse concern

• Inventory management with WMS of Inbound, Inventory, and Outbound data recording

• Storage control with space utilizations, layout, location, and condition with correct information and safety

• Inform job information to share any kind of issue with all concerned parties. Report any kind of information to one’s immediate superior.

• Coordinate with any concerned internal parties to ensure that the operation runs smoothly.

• Support and accommodate any maintenance activities of company assets such as warehouse facilities

• Undertake forklift truck duties as required, ensuring daily safety checks are conducted thoroughly and company warehouse guidelines observed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s in business Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or another related field.

• At least 3 years of working experience in Warehouse Operation.

• Experience in improvement activities such as Kaizen, KYT, QKY, 5S

• Has logical & analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, and Self-Oriented.

• Able to communicate in both written and spoken English

• Knowledge of MRP/ERP system; SAP Experience with SAP for warehouse management is a plus

• Able to drive a Forklift
