In this role Identify new enabling technologies and platforms to help solve technical challenges, and serve as a subject matter expert for one or more software solutions, problem and risk management
As a Technology Architect you will:
Support and be proficient at Application Performance Management tools such as AppDynamics, Wily, and New Relic.
Support and be proficient with tools such as Splunk and Elastic Search(ELK) to assist our client operations and management data needs
Third level support for the Soarian Logon Point Application(SLPA), as well as advising and working with development team
Leverage CHEF and Jenkins to manage SLPA application and APM agent installs
Evaluate and support third party technologies and vendor strategies to support solution requirements
Research and advise on existing or emerging technologies and associated services and processes
Assess risks and mitigation strategies within the technology architecture
Architect, deliver and support proof of concepts and pilots related to technology strategy
Be familiar with Python and PowerShell scripting to manage automation and customizations.

At least 4 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field; or equivalent, relevant work experience
At least 4-5 years of Total work experience
At least 1 year of System engineering and/or system architecture work experience
At least 2 year of troubleshooting/ problem management experience
Knowledge on scripting languages like Python, PowerShell etc.
Provide on-call support when needed
Willing to work on a flexible schedule as needed
