We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our continued success.

Job Description:

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving EcoPlant's expansion by building strong customer and partner relationships, delivering technical expertise, and generating revenue through effective sales strategies. Working closely with our channel partners, you will identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with both existing and new customers. Your role will involve training our partners on EcoPlant's offerings and collaborating with them to achieve sales targets. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the product specialist for EcoPlant's offerings, providing technical and commercial support to our sales channel partners.

  • Collaborate with the sales channel to build and manage a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities, aiming to achieve annual sales targets.

  • Develop and present value-based proposals based on customer needs, leveraging insights provided by the sales channel partner and the customer.

  • Support commercial activities, including customer presentations, positioning EcoPlant's offerings, and addressing customer objections in collaboration with the sales channel.

  • Enhance sales tools utilized by channel partners to qualify new customers, including estimating value delivered and solution cost.

  • Work with sales leadership and training teams to develop and execute a sales activation and training plan for channel partners.

  • Act as a liaison between sales channel partners and the EcoPlant support team, facilitating communication for product management, IT/OT architecture, data security review, and solution design.

  • Provide feedback to product development and R&D teams to drive continuous improvements and enhancements.

  • Ensure consistent customer growth and achievement of sales quotas, leveraging your strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including strategic customers and partner executives, to gain consensus on solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with industrial compressed air systems.

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in technology-related roles, business development, or sales engineering/consulting.

  • Proven ability to prospect, identify, pursue, and close new revenue opportunities.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint and Excel).

  • Strong technical acumen, sales expertise, and excellent presentation and listening skills.

  • Demonstrated track record of consistent customer growth and quota achievement.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and self-motivation.

  • Experience building relationships with strategic customers and partner executives, with a knack for managing stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.

  • Prior experience with CRM systems.

  • Exposure to "C"-level and value-based selling situations, with experience selling at the corporate enterprise level.

  • Previous experience conducting air audits or air assessments.
