As our new Field Education Specialist, you will become part of a dynamic team responsible for training and educating our sales team in the field of cardiac ablation to treat arrhythmias. A Day in the Life

•You will deliver training and educational programs, under limited supervision, to new and tenured sales representatives and clinical specialists to drive product and procedure expertise across the AFS portfolio of cardiac ablation products

•You may provide guidance, coaching and training to other team members

•You will work with the sales representatives and clinical specialists in the field to ensure successful procedural support to physicians who are using our products.

•You will partner with the Marketing and Sales organization to identify training and education needs of the sales representatives and clinical specialists.

•You will develop innovative and effective training curriculum to ensure the Cardiac Ablation Solutions field team meets their learning objectives.

•In engaging with our field team, you will bring innovative ideas to the greater Marketing organization that impact the advancement of our life-changing technologies.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

•You will need a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in a role involving training within the healthcare or medical device industry

•Experience in the field of electrophysiology

Nice to Have:

•Advanced Degree in Adult Education

•Strong project and program management experience

•Passion and ability to develop and deliver impactful training
