Alaant Talent Support Specialist in Ballston Spa, New York
Alaant Workforce Solutions is partnering with a local firm who is seeking a Talent Support Specialist. The Talent Support Specialist will assist the organization with a diverse range of administrative and recruitment tasks. The position requires strong organizational skills, independent judgment, and attention to detail. The specialist will also provide backup support during peak times and absences, ensuring recruiting initiatives are maintained.
Hours and Benefits for the Talent Support Specialist:
HYBRID Model (3) days remote / (2) days in person
Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Hourly rate of $28-30/hr
Medical / PTO / Holidays and 401K
Responsibilities for the Talent Support Specialist:
Review and QA resumes and other candidate documentation prior to submission to client
Coordinate candidate interviews and initiate reference/background checks
Maintain recruitment metrics, data integrity in ATS, and diversity outreach efforts
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and candidates
Requirements for the Talent Support Specialist:
Associate's degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Professional.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
