Qualification : B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience : 6 + Years

Roles & Responsibilities :
Responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical components.
Must thoroughly understand mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes to create innovative, cost-effective solutions to complex engineering problems.
Design and development of Rotary Equipments (Positive Displacement machines) with collaboration with Global teams in IR.
Proficiency of Mechanical Design Softwares for 3D and 2D works Inventor/ SolidWorks & AutoCAD. Knowledge of GDNT, Design calculations is a must.
SAP and ERP knowledge is preferred skill to have in the candidate for BOM creation and records.
Adapt the Existing product Portfolio available and bring improvement on it using its Design and Engineering Skills. Analyze and improve existing system designs
Analyze various manufacturing issues and resolve them in a timely manner, Must have basic knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes used in making a rotary product.
Manage the entire documentation for the product responsible for and responsible for ECN function of the same.
Create necessary drawings, maintain engineering documentation flow and coordinate with vendors to get parts fabricated on budget and on-time.
Create and release engineering drawings, written procedures and Bill of Materials. coordinate with vendors for Quality Prototyping and timely execution of project responsible for.
Create project scope, budget, timeline, etc. for each project that is assigned. Preparing technical reports, design specifications documents, and operational manuals
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Capabilities of handling the project individually, prepare the Business cases, Costing of Products. Work cross functionally with other teams like Procurement, Operations, Quality for the manufacturing and validation of a product.
