Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced hmc operator to be responsible for self-setting and operating, you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the system of the organization.
Role & Responsibilities :
HMC Machine operating and setting.
Set-up and manage HMC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, Tapping, Boring, Milling etc.
Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
Ensure the HMC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.
Record all machine actions by completing production and quality logs.
All documents to be maintained related to production, Quality & Machine Maintenance.
All tooling to be maintained as per 5S of HMC machine.
5S to be maintained in machine and machining area.
