Designation : Deputy Manager - Product Management

Education & Experience:

  • Candidates must have completed an graduate degree from a recognized institute in business or related field.

  • An engineering Degree(Mechanical or industrial) with further studies in Business & Experience in Product management is Preferred.

  • Experience 6+years.

Job Description :

  • We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

  • Gathers data to come up with ideas for new products and features including creating ideas and deciding which ones are worth working upon.

  • Defines the product vision, product roadmap, and product positioning.

  • Communicates product vision to the sales and product marketing teams to obtain market share for the product

  • Creates product requirements for the support and engineering teams to bring new products to market or to enhance existing features

  • Gathers and analyzes market and competition research data

  • Develops products by identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, developing marketing strategies, and determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction

  • Project management skills, Customer needs focus

  • Technical and manufacturing know-how

  • Data analytics and metrics management skills.

  • Organizational, planning, and documentation skills, Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills

  • Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager

  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in +ve pressure rotary Equipment and Air handling industry.
