Education & Experience:
Candidates must have completed an graduate degree from a recognized institute in business or related field.
An engineering Degree(Mechanical or industrial) with further studies in Business & Experience in Product management is Preferred.
Experience 6+years.
Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
Gathers data to come up with ideas for new products and features including creating ideas and deciding which ones are worth working upon.
Defines the product vision, product roadmap, and product positioning.
Communicates product vision to the sales and product marketing teams to obtain market share for the product
Creates product requirements for the support and engineering teams to bring new products to market or to enhance existing features
Gathers and analyzes market and competition research data
Develops products by identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, developing marketing strategies, and determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction
Project management skills, Customer needs focus
Technical and manufacturing know-how
Data analytics and metrics management skills.
Organizational, planning, and documentation skills, Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in +ve pressure rotary Equipment and Air handling industry.
