Position Summary:

The IAM Engineering Sr Security Engineer will work with a team of Product Owners, and Engineers within Access Management (IAM) space for CVS Health. This position will include hands-on engineering of IAM solutions. Operating within DevOps and Agile frameworks as part of our Product Management Model, an ideal candidate will have strong technical and engineering skills as well as the ability to help manage a suite of products through Continuous Improvement/Continuous Development strategies. Team Player mentality is a must. This position will require strong Product Engineering skills and is expected to lead team-members in assignment of and completion of tasks, with an ability to keep product teams on schedule as well as assist with strategic IAM direction of the CVS Health workforce.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead teams through the engineering of IAM solutions

• Lead or coordinate the IAM team’s work and keep product teams on schedule •Manage implementations and releases via CI/CD strategies

• Implementation of IAM technologies such as Radiant Logic, LDAP, Neo4J, Java/.NET Development, MySQL, SAML, OpenID Connect, and REST/SCIM APIs

• Address issues and break down problems to be solved

Ideal candidate for this role can work in hybrid model from any of the office locations (IL, NY, PA, TX, AZ, RI, GA)

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ Years of direct experience with Identity Access Management (IAM).

  • 3+ years of direct experience working on Ping Identity Suite of Products.

  • 5+ years of IAM engineering experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • General understanding of DevOps CI/CD or similar (Agile Scrum, Kanban, etc). -Strong team player that works well horizontally and vertically with others of varying skill levels and experience.

  • Ability to clearly define and present solution development ideas in a team environment.

  • Proficient in Ping Identity suite of products like Ping Federate , Ping Davinci , Ping One,Ping Central , Ping Risk , Ping Access ,Ping Directory.

  • Working knowledge one or more of the following: JAVA, .NET, LDAP queries, Neo4J, SAML, OpenID Connect, automated provisioning/deprovisioning, and MySQL.

  • Experience with REST API integration - Experience writing Linux shell scripts - Product/Program management leadership.

  • Experience with Cloud Architecture & development(AWS or Azure).

  • CISSP preferred - 2+ years of database queries (e.g. MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle)

Education:

  • Bachelor degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience(HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$92,700.00 - $185,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
