Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst, Reporting Strategy to join our dynamic Production Client Reporting team. In this business analyst role, you will be responsible for triaging and managing reporting requests from the customer care organization. Those requests will involve complex telephony, IVR, and CRM metrics and calculations. You will work directly with the client liaison, operations, and account management teams to understand the requirements, document them, and facilitate the transition to the reporting developers for implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and prioritize incoming reporting requests from various internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with client liaison, operations, and account management teams to gather and understand business requirements.

  • Translate business needs into clear, concise requirements documents for the reporting development team.

  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation.

  • Ensure that all reporting solutions are aligned with business goals and standards.

  • Perform data analysis and validation to support the development of reports and dashboards.

  • Utilize T-SQL and SSRS to support data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.

  • Participate in the design and development of reporting tools and processes.

  • Provide support to team members and stakeholders as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a business analyst or reporting capacity.

  • Proficiency in T-SQL (Transact-SQL) and experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Experience with data visualization and reporting technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the call center industry or with telephony metrics.

  • Knowledge of other reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.

  • Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
