Position Summary

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for helping to develop, execute, and maintain project concepts that facilitate improvements for Novologix with a specific emphasis on standardization and alignment across all applicable areas, i.e. CVSH and Aetna while utilizing and applying in depth advanced knowledge regarding both CAS and Novologix system and processes.

The Senior Analyst will also assist with providing strategic direction to the Novologix Prior Authorization Operations leadership teams within the Clinical Services Operations department as well as the Novologix product and technical teams by helping to create a long-term strategy that will help define a roadmap for future PA operations, both systematically and process.

The Senior Analyst will assist in providing critical input regarding new products, processes, standards and operational plans to stakeholders, business partners and the Novologix product team to drive enhancements, process improvements and efficiencies in onboarding new clients for medical clients.

The position will have a key emphasis in defining and driving key improvements through projects and technology, but also in developing a catalog of best practices and streamlining Novologix business units to adopt these best practices. Novologix line of business will be the primary area of focus. There are no direct reports for this role but requires the position to work and manage projects independently Required Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in pharmacy, pharmacy management, formulary management, drug utilization, managed care pharmacy, pharmacy benefit management, and third party (benefit) administration.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, ext.)

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, independent completion of work, and prioritization skills.

    • Rapidly adjusts strategy and priorities to meet changing business requirements

    • Conveys a strong sense of urgency to drive issues to closure

  • Bachelors Degree

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent General Education Development (GED)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
