Manager, Clinical Educational Consulting
The Clinical Assessment division is in search of a Manager of Clinical Training Services with an active practicing license in Psychology, Speech Pathology, OT, or closely related field to provide supervision to highly-skilled professionals and clinicians who provide training, professional development, and consultation services to Pearson customers. This position will also be the liaison between Clinical and professional organizations, such as APA, NASP, ASHA, and AOTA. The ideal candidate should have a strong theoretical and clinical understanding of psychological assessment practices and a leader with outstanding soft skills and regard for their teammates.
*Minimum Qualifications *
Doctorate Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Speech/Language, Occupational Therapy, or closely related field
Current professional license
Three+ years supervisory experience
Ability to travel 30% of the time
*Preferred Qualifications *
Knowledge of adult teaching practices
Prior experience training others on the appropriate use of psychological assessments
Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. As required by the Colorado and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
Minimum full-time salary range is between $100,000 - $110,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program, and information on benefits offered is here.
