Responsibilities

The Pharmacist provides accurate drug therapy services and drug information which contributes to the quality of the facility’s patient/resident programs. The pharmacist is responsible for the supervision of the pharmacy technician. May require pharmacist to participate in hospital teams/workgroups.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy.

• Prefer 2-5 years of experience but not required.

License or Certification

• License to practice Pharmacy in the State of Minnesota or eligibility for licensure.
