Chick-fil-A, Inc. Lead Business Analyst, Customer Technology Solutions in Atlanta, Georgia

As a Lead Business Analyst, you will serve as a liaison between the Brand, Advertising and Media team in the Marketing department and the Customer Technology team in the Digital Transformation and Technology (DTT) Department. You will work with a team of other analysts, engineers, and external vendors to provide technical solutions that meet our customer and business needs for digital content and media, ecommerce, and email marketing in domestic and international markets. In this role, you will support multiple platforms, work with multiple vendors, and work with both business and technical users to define requirements, solve complex problems, and demonstrate good judgment in creating innovative solutions. You will perform independent work with the business leading the build and support of various systems and initiatives. You will play a vital part of the team as you solve business problems and design solutions from start to finish.

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the Brand, Advertising and Media

  • Leverage technical understanding and business acumen to translate broad business requirements into features, enhancements, and bug

  • Work with outside vendors and manage changes to those specifications to meet strategic goals and objectives

  • Lead several large and challenging projects independently.

  • Effectively communicate with others to understand specific processes, deliver technical and functional requirements, and meet success criteria for delivering large scale solutions across many teams and

  • Responsible for the ongoing support of several digital marketing systems

  • Translate requirements to assist with the technical build, setup, and implementation of domestic and international websites, ecommerce solutions, and customer relationship management solutions.

  • Be an active member of collaboration between business areas and

  • Show awareness of business opportunities to improve systems and

  • Lead fiscal management of vendors and projects to effectively deliver outcomes and results.

  • Basic understanding of programming and technical concepts

  • Know and apply technology concepts and best practices when building and supporting content management systems, digital asset management systems, customer relationship management systems, and API integrations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Builds strong relationships with others and values the opinions and strengths of teammates

  • 6 years of experience working as a technical business or systems analyst.

  • Experience with content management systems, customer relationship management systems, Digital Technology, Marketing, customer and data privacy, and security systems
