As a Business Analyst for UKG, you will be an integral member of a dynamic team responsible for the high-quality launch of our Human Capital Management products. In this role; you will be responsible for delivering high quality Analysis, developing specifications for integrations and providing excellent Consulting Services to our customers. As a Business Analyst, you will play a very important role in ensuring the quality and excellence of our integrations files.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain high level understanding of customer integration needs to create Data Map. Work with the customer and the project team to determine and document build strategy for each integration. Deliver value added consulting to the project team in the realm of integrations

  • Provide input in methodology and process improvement

  • Act as liaison between functional and technical members of the project team

  • Guide our customers, perform thorough analysis, and develop specifications for integrations

  • Lead internal and external meetings with customers and carriers

  • Manage integration timelines including but not limited to notifying clients of changes to task dates or assigned resources

  • Maintain project management tools for all integration projects

  • Provide proactive status on all projects on a weekly basis

  • Work with customers in accelerated fashion when needed while delivering high quality analysis

  • Maintain established level of productivity and meet assigned productivity requirements including post launch projects

  • Maintain flexibility in work schedule

  • Participate in special projects to help improve and enhance the team’s best practices and processes

  • Serve as a backup for team members while they are out of the office

  • Assist with critical customer projects as needed

  • Assist Team Lead with training new members of the team

Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training

  • Minimum of two years of experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Completion of FPC certification

  • BS/BA degree in Business Admin, MIS or Human Resources or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • UltiPro HRMS/Payroll Product Knowledge or other Payroll/HR Systems

  • Prior experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll industry

  • Prior consulting experience

Travel Requirements:

  • As needed up to 15%
