Base Compensation Range is $79,950 - $106,550. The role will offer an incentive plan.

This role has been designated as Hybrid – Flex for your day . While most work must be done on-site, there is flexibility to work remotely when workflow and priorities allow. *The Company reserves the right to modify this designation should business needs require.
Trane Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a position as an Intelligent Services Account Engineer/Application Engineer.
Provide exception customer service to internal and external customers through performance and execution of Intelligent Services Building Performance and Energy Performance Agreements.
Evaluate building analytics and on-site opportunities, identify cost and include recommendations in optimization reports.
Deliver Customer Consultation Reports and work closely with the customer to implement findings.
Develop strong customer relationships with building owners, work in coordination with the Intelligent Services Account Engineer, Area Service Managers, Service Account Managers, Controls Account Managers, Energy Engineers, BAS and Service Control Technicians in developing system solutions to increase Intelligent Services service agreement and pull though business from these agreements.
Responsible for gathering all pertinent data, data logs, and charts to develop customer facing documentation and analyze building data using analytics in Command Center.
Responsible to lead quarterly or semi annual consultation meetings for each Intelligent Service Agreement customer and conduct weekly Intelligent Services status meetings with Account Managers and Leadership.
Conduct equipment mapping in Command Center and tune automated tests
Assists as needed with development of solutions working with all Services and Contracting Sales team members
Fulfill Intelligent Services contract obligations effectively, efficiently, and within safety standards.
Bachelors degree preferred with 5 years of experience or Associates degree or equivalent from 2 Year College or technical school with 5 - 10 years of experience and/or training: or equivalent of combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products
Strong familiarity with the operations of Energy Management Systems, Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC Systems, and/or Temperature Controls required
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions., ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
