Production Laborer - Wine Cellar

Are you looking to get back in to the workforce? Are your hours of availability flexible? If so we got the position for you! We are looking for independent, highly motivated individuals to join our production plant. This is a company located 20 minutes south east of Bakersfield. If you are interested please read the job description below and submit an application.

Responsibilities

Working in a production enviroment you will be assisting in different steps of the production process. This includes preforming quality checks on the product, assisting with sanitation and forklift. Forklift Certification and Safety Passport or Confined Space are preferred for this position. The company does work 3 shifts canidates must be open to rotate shifts as needed. First week will be training on the first shift

Shift Schedules

1st 8:00am-4:30pm

2nd 4:00pm-12:30pm

3rd 12:00pm-8:30am

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
