CVS Health Senior Manager - Health Care Quality Management (NCQA Accreditation) in Arizona
Job Description
· This position is the overall business lead for NCQA Accreditation and creates the roadmap, project governance, and strategies for the continuous improvement of all department areas. · The role also reports out to the IHCS Board, leads NCQA Steering, develops ongoing NCQA communications and facilitates discussions and outcomes for applicable NCQA Standards/Factors that require continuous improvement reports. · This role will manage the NCQA survey application and projects as related to achieving and maintaining multiple Accreditations (HPA, Medicaid Module, LTSS Distinction, HE Accreditation and potentially the Medicare Module in the future). · This position will collaborate with our NCQA Liaison on changes within Standards/Accreditation tracks (manage the PAT tools for each Accreditation), resurvey timelines and applications and manages the ongoing and high-volume data submission for ongoing NCQA mandates including annual audits, semi-annual reports, program overviews, data analysis, performance metrics and etc. · This role will provide administrative and compliance support for NCQA Accreditation and will work to ensure the organization understands and is communicated pertinent information and changes related to NCQA standards and accreditation processes. · **The PMO department typically assigns a Lead PM for NCQA, which will collaborate on any NCQA survey project and align the project charters, plans and PM tools with the overall timelines and deliverables. · This position will collect and track deliverables and works with operational areas to ensure compliance occurs on an ongoing basis and will lead the IRT load of thousands of documented evidence for re-surveys. Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 162,700
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
3-5 years experience in Healthcare field1-2 year of Health plan experience. 1-2 years of experience in NCQA preferred.1-2 years of experience managing a project from start to end. Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships, and partner with executives.
