The Community Addiction Recovery Enterprise (CARE) in Anoka is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team and make a great difference in the lives of others. CARE Anoka specializes in providing inpatient integrated dual-diagnosis treatment services for adults with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. All services are person-centered, building on the individual‘s interests and capacity for growth, leading to a lifelong process of recovery. The Registered Nurse will provide professional nursing care and assessments to Community Addiction Recovery Enterprise (CARE) clients so that the client‘s health is restored, promoted and maintained.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing supervision and coordination of care on assigned shift, so that standards of care are maintained.

  • Participating as an active member of the multi-disciplinary team, developing a therapeutic relationship with clients and providing accurate, current client concerns, cares, and/or other pertinent information to the team.

  • Providing for client safety and maintaining a safe, drug free therapeutic environment.

  • Administering medications and performing treatments.

  • Providing chemical dependency and psychiatric care to clients as identified in Treatment Plan.

Minimum Qualifications

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Possess or be eligible for licensure in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse.
