Community Addiction Recovery Enterprise (CARE) in Anoka is seeking a talented and person-centered LPN to join our team. CARE Anoka provides inpatient and services and specializes in the delivery of integrated dual-diagnosis treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to clients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Participate as a member of the treatment team in providing active treatment, assists in managing unit nursing care, acts as charge of a shift as assigned, and serves as a positive role model as a Community Addiction Recovery Enterprise (CARE) team member. This posting will be used to fill two available positions: one 40 hours per week, one 32 hours per week

Minimum Qualifications

To qualify:

Possess or be eligible for licensure as a Practical Nurse in Minnesota. Future Practical Nurses who are within six (6) months of graduating and taking their NCLEX-LPN are encouraged to apply. Contingent job offers may be made upon successful completion of degree and passing of NCLEX-LPN.
