The Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center in Anoka is Compliance Officer to join our team! As the Compliance Officer, you will provide regulatory guidance and facilitate compliance with state and federal rules, regulations, licensing, accreditation requirements, and support the quality of state operated programs across Minnesota.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting, developing, and monitoring a quality program that complies with regulating bodies and provides clients and patients with high quality care through the use of healthcare best practices, policies and performance improvement projects
Gathering, measuring and analyzing data used to monitor performance metrics, provide recommendations to program leadership and assist decision making and long-range planning
Creating a variety of documents and presentations including letters, research summaries, narrative reports and educational materials
Minimum Qualifications
To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Three years of healthcare accreditation experience in at least three of the following areas: healthcare management, patient care experience, quality care, quality data collection and reporting, compliance, or patient safety
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in healthcare management, public administration, law, or clinical health professions
Experience in compliance and risk management
